Abuse Prevention Act locking out poor people

As a bankruptcy attorney, I am constantly aware of the fees that I charge. My clients are people who, in most cases, never thought they would be sitting in a bankruptcy attorney’s office discussing filing a chapter 7 bankruptcy or a chapter 13 debt reorganization plan. In many instances though, my clients have tried EVERYTHING to prevent their current situation. This is why the new laws upset me; well, more like the effects of the new US federal bankruptcy laws .
